Are you an obsessive organizer who thrives in a non-traditional setting? Come work for an International Keynote Speaker with a lot on her plate. Dive into the public speaking world where we marry motivation and inspiration to get and help Melanie Spring get back to what she does best. We’re on the lookout for a consistent, committed, and detailed person to support Melanie directly.

Confidancia is a retreat-focused company rebelling against the way things have always been done. We host in-person gatherings & experiences centered around business building, public speaking, and personal branding. Our Crew is spread all over the US but her right-hand human needs to be close by in/near Vero Beach, FL. She’s REALLY easy to work for AND a tough cookie when it comes to going above & beyond. 

The perfect person for this job will keep Melanie out of the administrative tasks and fully into speaking and hosting events. You’ll do this by managing her inbox, coordinating her personal and work calendars, doing simple updates on our websites, scheduling social media posts, reviewing & updating workbooks and courses, keeping files organized digitally, managing newsletter creation and scheduling, and report directly to our Director of All The Things to make sure Melanie has everything she needs for events & travel. It’s an administrative position but it’s not a typical one. It’s fast-paced and needs someone who has a lot of organization. A LOT. (did we say a lot?)

  • Able to keep all of Melanie’s administrative tasks off her plate
  • Willing to do personal errands (buying gifts/cards, scheduling self-care, dropping off packages)
  • Proficient in scheduling social media posts (or willing to learn)
  • A rockstar with administrative talents (phone calls, email responses, calendaring, putting out fires, figuring things out, etc)
  • Proficient at Google Apps & Mac OS platform experience
  • Willing to use their beautiful handwriting
  • In/near Vero Beach, FL (training + weekly in-person meetings)
  • Set up with a home office (laptop & technology provided)

This opportunity pays $25-32/hour DOE, part-time (20-30 hrs/wk) through the initial probationary period, transitioning to full-time within 60 days. You must have a home office and be willing to work from Melanie’s home as requested. We will provide a computer and programs for you to use.
